A long time ago, when I was very young... and living in Australia, a friend told me about a mother who would even knit at red traffic lights to make the most of every spare moment. I did not really understand back then...
Now, this is me 20 years later, waiting in the car for a couple of minutes to pick up one of the children. Well.
Yes, I am knitting Clara.
I've had it on my mind and list for so long but one can not get hold of the pattern around here. So I finally saved up and ordered it from overseas as a package.
(However, the Isager Yarn that I am so in love with, Alpaca/Merino, I am ordering here. A shop I could immerse myself into.)
I appreciate projects that are knit, or almost knit, in one piece. That way I am not getting distracted as much.
And with all the waiting-in-the-car-rounds, I am already up above the sleeve openings!
Knitting here isn't bad either though.
Find my ravelry notes here.
No reading, neither at red traffic lights nor at the river. Joining Ginny anyway.
